I hate to be in a place where you have to watch your back. I'll be damned if I train someone and then I get replaced. If I learned everything on my own - why can't everybody else. I hate working at place where the manager does'nt want to hear anything you have to say - its his way or the highway. And forget Human Resources, we're the little people - they don't care about us. I really miss our old manager. I hope to see him in Wal-mart someday so that I can let him know that I really liked working with him. I want to say the name of the company that I work for so bad because the way they treat their employees is godawful.

1. I'm so sorry. It's the American way du jour. |

We REALLY have got to organize labor again. We need to see ourselves as friends and compadres (for lack of a better word) instead of competitors. The question is how we can counter the union-busting propaganda.

2. So sorry that it's stressing you so badly, kiddo. But welcome to |

Corporate America. Wish I could offer you more encouragement, but I can't.
