I was planning on sleeping in but my (usually considerate) neighbor started doing something with a hugely loud machine in his back yard...right up by our fence. It was 8:30 and we have a noise ordinance. One would think he would realize that people like to sleep in in the morning. But I'm sure it's because he wants to watch the stupid Michigan game or something.

Like I said, they are really nice people who suffered the loss of their son to cystic fibrosis 3 years ago...so I feel as if I can only get so mad. :hi:

This will be the first time I've had to do work on the weekend since starting my own business but my best client has a really important deadline to meet so I accepted the work. About 7 - 9 hours so I might do the bulk today and maybe finish up tomorrow.

on the fence again. But, I think he's going to stay. It's a buy in offer, and he's a bit stunned. Don't work too hard. :hug:

Plans for the weekend? We've got my niece's birthday party today and the Packers Lions game tomorrow. My dad bought us tickets on the 50 yard line. 4th row (it might be 6th I can't remember) behind the Packer bench. I've never been that close before. :D :hi:

No breakfast for me (yet...even at noon-thirty.)
I have to stay in all day to pack for a three-week work trip: a week in Lubbock TX and two weeks in Boston. Sad to have to leave my nice new apartment for that long. I will be taking breaks here today to watch the Yankees play on TV, and to dip into the interesting DU stuff...perhaps more of a Lounge day....
