woo hoo..lost 35 pounds officially @ Weight Watchers!
I have been flirting with the 35 pounds for a couple of weeks but never had it at weigh in.

It is great to pass those 5 pound mile markers! I went from a size 18 petite to either 14 or 12 depending on brand and style. I never thought I could lose that weight. Still need to drop another 25 over all but I now have 35 out of the way.

11. eleven months. I still use half and half in my coffee too.
WW is nice, you can sort of decide what you just can't do with out if you are willing to take the points for it.

7. Congrats! I started NutriSystem a couple of weeks ago and have
lost 12 lbs (goal of losing 40). I lost 25lbs on WW and really liked the program - I just couldn't get back into it. I hope once I've reached my goal that I can go back to WW and follow the plan. It works and you can eat WHATEVER YOU WANT!!!!

8. Congrats! Which WW plan did you use--
the points (flex) plan or the other one?

I have a buddy who's lost 70 pounds on WW.

9. Anybody here try Seattle Sutton?
I need to drop about 30 pounds but I have a sodium issue on top of that. Thinking of trying "SSHE" since it's not just low cal-- claims to be "healthy."

Hola, I, too, am on WW. Have dropped 25 elbees. Love their regimen... I have been gravitating towards fruit/veggies. Someday I will be where you are! MAJOR CONGRATS! Losers are WINNERS, huh? :)

:hi: As someone who dropped a lot of weight on Weight Watchers, I know how you feel! :woohoo: I'm so proud of you! :hi: Keep up the good work, and if you need any moral support, feel free to PM me. :D

I actually took the last few pounds off with South Beach, and it works very well too. But Weight Watchers is sane and healthy, and I believe it's one of the best. South Beach takes a slightly different approach to carbs, which is where I had the biggest problem. :D
