This is messed up. I have a PC and restarted it just a few minutes ago. Now I have large text, icon, everything!! And I can't get it back to normal size. Need help!

and then depending on your OS you'll have some other options. It might be under "scheme" or might even have a direct "font and icon size" button or something.
It could also be worth checking to see if the display got changed - you might have gone from 1000x680 to 800 x 600 or something.
