Anyone ever worked in a swanky hotel?
According to a post on Wonkette, Nancy Grace, at a hotel in Phoenix, seduced a lawyer who had been on her show previously. He steps out of the shower, and there she is in his room.

I tried to grab the towel off the floor and I started stammering. “How, how…how did you get in here?” “Being a celebrity has its perks,” she replied. “The concierge gave me your extra key.”

I called BS on the story, on the grounds that concierges do *not* hand out room keys, even to "celebrities" like Lackof Grace. Why would they? Worst case is they lose their job. Best case is a $20 tip from Graceless. Why risk your job?

But then, I've never worked in a hotel, so I dunno. Is there any chance a concierge would actually do that, if sweet-talked :puke: by Graceless?

3. I was the Director of Security
in a high-end big-city hotel for 10 years, many celebs stayed there. Absolutely would not have happened in one of our hotels, nor any that I know of; the potential liability too great. We would only give a key to a person registered in the room; not even to a spouse of a guest unless they were also registered in the room.
