It's a nice, cozy place - the main thing for me, is that it's affordable in a nice community in the city. There has been a boom here and the vacancy rate is so incredibly low and rents have increased about 30% over the summer...I have a friend in the building who tipped me off and I got approved before it was even advertised. :D
