There is a trend in law enforcement today to forgive artists for their marijuana transgressions. In fact, that trend and better has been around for decades.

Don Henley was arrested in the late seventies after cops found a nude 16 year old girl passed out on his porch and more than an ounce of cocaine in his closet. His sentence? A fine and Eagles had to do some charity concerts for drug rehab facilities.

The drug laws and enforcement of those laws in this country suck. Young black males and their families suffer the most.

I hate fucking moralistic, oppressive government.
