The following year he changes his name once again to "The artist formally known as Devadip". Eventually, the guitarist changes once again to Johnny Cougar then Johnny Cougar Mellencamp, then John Cougar Mellencamp, then John Mellencamp, Madonna, Cher and finally to Carlos Santana.
1974 - Elvis performed at the University of Maryland Cole Fieldhouse, College Park, Maryland. The media as well as the fans were puzzled about Elvis performance throughout this tour. Tony Brown however witnessed Elvis getting out of his limousine, fall to his knees and even sleepwalk through the entire show.
