A family shopping trip turned into a nightmare for a Mother and her two girls at the Foley Wal-Mart. Police are searching for a man who did more than expose himself to a young girl and what may be worse; police believe he’s done it before.

"Well the person obviously has a problem, they're sick." Sgt. Tony Fuqua says he turned a weekend shopping trip into a nightmare for a 13 year old girl. "13 year old female went into Wal-Mart with her mother and sister, while they were inside Wal-Mart there was described as a Hispanic male went in to Wal-Mart followed her around a certain area and he relieved himself sexually."

Surveillance video shows the suspect watching the victim while he fondles himself. Then he rushes towards the girl. "Considering the circumstances I feel she's doing okay but of course it bothers her and her whole family, her little sister and also her parents," says Sgt. Fuqua.

p.s. They caught the guy today, at least they "arrested a suspect".
They not only had him in flagrante delicto on the interior surveillance tapes, they also had tape of him in his car driving out of the parking lot. Dark blue mid-90s Nissan.

Moral of story: Do NOT wank in Wal-Mart.

7. That's amazing in itself.

I always wondered how anyone could identify a suspect from the cctv stuff they used to use. The only description you could work up from that crap was, "Blobby-looking monochrome biped with a voice like a talking trashcan." It's good that the hi-res revolution has finally penetrated the security industry.

They actually had to fuzz out his...ahem...'genital area' at the moment of 'sexual release' because you could see the whole episode.
