I can't draw any more
I've lost the knack. I just tried it and couldn't do it.

I have no drive. I'm bored, but can't motivate myself to do anything. This sucks. :(

Hey you
Me too. I've felt that for a long time now.

Not only that, I have my first art class for the semester tonight and I don't know what the hell to draw! My unfinished piece just sucks and I don't even feel like looking at it.

I wish I had something inspiring and magical to impart upon you.

Would it help if I told you I thought you were awesome, extremely talented, and cute as hell?

14. I know that feeling
When you think your work looks simply dreadful, and you can hardly bear to glance at it? Sometimes I can put what I'm doing away and not look at it for weeks.

Thank you for your kind words.

26. Because I've been swamped.

Had to go out and buy groceries today and make cat food when I got home. Just finished a little while ago. Tomorrow I have to meet with the builder. I think I get to stay home on Friday. Our grandson is coming to visit on Saturday for four weeks, so who knows what I'll be up to then?

I've missed being here, though. :loveya:  :*

5. you need some pain, maybe?
that always does it for me. I never feel motivated until I'm in soul-thrashing pain, then it all just comes spilling out.

Now for the good news...wait, there isn't any.

Or maybe if you just feel in love with a really hot girl so you would want to draw her?

9. No, pain is really not my thing
I am usually feeling in love with a really hot girl and wanting to draw her. This is my default state. :)

25. Not really
I've really had enough of unrequited love. If I could genuinely accept celibacy, that would rock.

37. You haven't lost it.
Just don't ever try my portrait! When I tried a self-portrait, in high school drawing, my teacher threw it in the trash and said that's where it belongs (I kid you not). It was truly the most difficult thing I've ever tried to draw!! I just have a weird face, I guess!!!
