I got my results today -- nothing to worry about. Here's my original appeal for hugs!!

I'll just keep doing what I'm doing until I feel better.

"The radiologist impression of the MRI is as follows:

'Very small disk protrusions at T12-L1 and T11-12. These are of
doubtful significance. Some degenerative changes and mild spondylolisthesis at L4-5
are also noted. No other significant abnormalities are noted.'

Spondylolisthesis is a forward slipping of one vertebra on another. This can cause back pain and sometimes sciatica.

Is your pain improving with physical therapy? There is really nothing of concern here."

Thanks for letting us know! PT may help - I did it for awhile because I have severe back pain - and I was MAD about it. Didn't think it would do a damned thing - but it really did make me feel better!
