6. then he'll need to be worked into all y'alls mix, see how he 'patterns'...
my sense that that your girls would be level headed as well...it would all have to fit a pattern that could be sustainable imo, you guys were there first, he's the one merging into traffic so as to say

5. At those ages, any time.
Younger children I would suggest you wait at least until you're pretty serious about the guy - though you're children have the right to know you are dating - but it could be disruptive to younger kids to see a constant line of guys.

But with a 17 and a 22 year old, they're old enough to know that "dating" doesn't mean "committed forever" or "the new dad", and the three of you could have a fun time doing girl talk about the guys you are dating, because, let's face it, a guy is never really going to be "dad" to them (though they might end up loving each other very much in a kind of dad/daughter way, he'll never have "dad" authority for either of them, since they're adults (or soon to be)).

7. My dear wildhorses.......
It seems to me that you could sit down anytime and just talk to your daughters.........

I'm sure that they're aware that something's up with you......

I'd level with them, and tell them just what's going on.......

I'd also include any doubts you might have.....

I mean, they are essentially adults now.......and able to handle this!

They may already know more than you think they do........

Your guy sounds wonderful, BTW!

:loveya:
