Second time in 5 months.

Only heard it as I have to go past them to get to my mailbox.

Fucking this and fucking that (potty mouth, he's a younger guy) and what sounded like a little bit of scuffling. About 30 seconds then silence.

uh, this is a nice quiet building, dude......nobody likes a wife beater.

I don't know what to make of this......the place is quiet now.

This is a very small building, I may make trouble if I call the police.
