December 13, 2000, if you forgot, was the FIRST Daily Show after the Bush v. Gore U.S. Supreme Court decision was handed down. Unfortunately, I taped over the first 30 seconds or so, but 99% of the show IS there in 5 parts. Parts 2 and 4 are Excellent rants/riffs from Stephen Colbert too!

Thanks for posting it - I never saw that one! In fact, I never heard of the Daily Show until late 2002 when a friend invited me to a taping.

I just up loaded the December 14, 2000 show too, which was the Indecision 2000 wrap up show.

Another very good show, but you can see the Anger and disappointment beginning to set in. There is even the first post Bush v. Gore "Back in Black" too.
