What a day!

Blue skies, around 70 degrees, and a soft breeze off the bay.
Last spring Miz. t planted some kind of butterfly bush right outside the study window and it is ASWARM.
Every color in the rainbow.

The birds are bathing in the sprinkler (it IS Saturday, after all;-))
and apparently organizing themselves into a feathered Mormon Tabernacle Choir.

There's our resident Great Blue Heron drying his wings out on the dock.
It's just a damn great day to be alive.
Hope your Saturday is off to as fine a start as mine.

1. sounds like heaven!

We're taking a break from painting the kiddo's room. The ceiling is killing my arms :P After that it's off to help at the cleaning/intervention of the MIL. It's going to be a fun day! :crazy:
