Everytime I go to open a PDF file, the file freezes up before opening up. I don't seem to have any problems opening up other programs.

can't open PDFs without it. or maybe it needs an upgrade?
that's as far as i can go with advice -- not a computer person really.

it's never really opened them up properly or in a timely manner, there is a firefox extension that doesn't use Adobe to open the PDF's and it worked well for me however the name escapes me at the moment. If you are using another browser then I can't give you any advice
