So I'm in Barnes and Noble a couple of weeks ago,

just drifting thru the stacks and enjoying myself when I hear this twit on her cell phone talking loud about her blind date from a couple of nights before. It's all about "well we went back to my house" and "I couldn't believe how good he was" and "at least three times, I swear to God" and "we went out to breakfast" and "I know he's going to call soon". Meanwhile I'm checking around me because I'm in scifi where a lot of very young kids browse. Eventually(being the nosy jerk that I am) I just had to mosey over and see what this young twit looked like. I rounded a corner following the voice, and I'll be damned if she wasn't at least my age or older. I was 53 in april. Stupid knows no bounds.

I was speechless. I told my son about it later that night and he laughed his butt off. Not about what she did but that mom was struck speechless.

People just don't seem to realize that the entire world might not want to hear about their sex lives.

Why is it that some people have no desire to edit their behavior? Can they really be that in love with themselves?
