1. The Oregon coast is very beautiful.......................
but what makes it even better is that it's close to Portland. :)

Overall, I prefer the coast of Maine.

3. My uncle lives in the SF bay area right now
He wants to buy a piece of land on the pacific ocean and build his dream house to retire with his wife. I'm helping him research sites in Northern California/Southern Oregon. This is one of the most reasonable and beautiful parcels I've seen.

The town is really small. Away from it all. Gold Beach has a population of about 2,000. Gorgeous scenary.

He's also looking into areas to south, Brookings, Crescent City and Eureka, CA.

5. Was just there in September
That's where I'd live if I wasn't happy where I am.

6. note: the ad does not say oceanfront
Nowhere does it say oceanfront property. It says nice view and easy access. But that could be several blocks away. Just a caution -- the language is quite specific.

7. The Inn at Neskito Beach was for sale last year, but no one here
would loan me the 990,000.00, and now someone has bought it.. Boohoohoo.. It's one gorgeous place..

That would be a great place to live.. but too pricey for us :)
