Because I just posted a little rant in GD, and a disruptor who posted into that thread got nailed after 3 posts.

(It was really vile anti-Arab racist crap.)

They would sign up with "those names" and wham.. and then sometimes they would sign up with multiple names because they would know they were gonna get it, so i would zap those names before they could use them too :)

DemSuck1, DemSuck2, etc.. They are not very bright sometimes.. Those are the easy ones..

Some play games with their e-mail addresses too they are easy to spot.. They sign up with a "normal" name, but change their email address to something like xxx@[e-mail]..

The Rusjies and Boortz guys are the most transparent..:)

The best one that I remember was when Adam Yoshida signed on to DU. He used his REAL NAME as his username. He had this post in which he introduced himself to the board and he was tombstoned in less than 10 seconds.

There are a couple roaming around GD now that I think are about to lose their cool.

A few days ago someone posted the instructions from a freeper site telling them how to go about disrupting DU. It was something like register and begin to slowly build up a post count in GD and The Meeting Room. And be sure to report your user name (presumably to earn brownie points in freeperville).

Some of 'em just can't hold on that long. They have to start spouting off about Clinton's penis blah blah blah. Of course, they do that when confronted with the evil deeded of the BFEE. They can't counter with logic, so they say Clinton was impeached. BFD.

Kind of cute is a freeperish kind of way.

How about the guy who said well, that's three we've taken care of -- Afghanistan, Iraq, and Libya -- and then something about Syria being next. I replied, then his surrounding posts were pulled leaving mine hanging out there meaninglessly. It was very strange.

Here's what I don't understand:

The freepers have their forum, we have ours. I don't feel the slightest need to go over to Free Republic and disrupt their message boards. And I'm guessing the lion's share of DUers feel the same way.

So why do so many freepers feel the need to come over here and fuck with us? They're like a petulant three-year-old who squirts you with his water pistol because you're not paying attention to him.
