Did anyone see Peter Pan? |

After seeing it, and enjoying all the special effects, my question is: What other movies that have been done in the past, would really benefit from the special effects that are possible today?

1. What other movies? How about "The Thief of Bagdad"? |

The 1941 Alexander Korda directed version with Sabu and Conrad Veidt?
The special effects of that version were amazing...for 1941. I can imagine how even more impressive the movie would be today...with the special effects available today.

Imagine skeletens in swordfights using today's computer technology. Wait! Nevermind, just rent Pirates of the Carribean, you got it!;-)
How about the old Flash Gordon serials (no... that 1979 comedy doesn't count).
