I just woke up to one foot of snow in Salt Lake City......

Been snowing all Christmas night and into the morning. We live on the eastern bench of the city so we get more snow than most of the valley. This is outside my front door a few minutes ago:

but I'm glad I don't have to shovel it. My mom probably got dumped on in Oakley; she left me a message saying it was snowing at 4:30 yesterday. We just got dusted down here in Durango.

2. It's niceto look at, but no thanks.

I moved to get away from that. It gets chilly here in Dallas, but at least no snow to shovel. :-)

but that snow looks better than the brown grass and dirt...

Living in the plains can be that way sometimes. 67 degrees, though.
