Had a couple of glasses of wine tonight, and decided to stop lurking (been doing so for over a year now.). My names Peter, and I guess I needed to be drunk a little to post down there!

By the way, I started a thread here lst night about 'The Hours' that I think I need to clarify. I DONT think all women are lesbians or insane or suicidal. I posted that after having watched half the movie, and my girlfriend said "God, whoever wrote this thinks all women are crazy!" The end of the movie made things clearer, I thought it was a good film myself, but I always get nervous when men try to write about the lives of women. Updike really blew it with Witches of Eastwick.
