from wikipedia: "Rosalino Félix Sánchez, known as Chalino (born August 30, 1960 in El Rancho Las Flechas, Municipio de Culiacan Sinaloa, Mexico died May 16, 1992), was a Mexican singer. Many of his songs are norteño corridos. His music included stories about drug trafficking, murders and crooked police officials, as well as the struggles of working-class Mexicans.

On May 15, 1992, he performed in Culiacan, Sinaloa; the next morning his body was found outside of town with two bullets in his head. Although rumors circulated about reasons for his murder, there are no leads or suspects."
