Been wanting a backup bass for a long time - something lighter on the back than my Fender; something like a Danelectro Longhorn.

So..just before Christmas, Ms. UBP up and calls Fatdawg at Subway Guitars and orders me up one of these:



He builds 'em out of NOS Danelectro parts; it'll take about 8 weeks to finish.

Now I can look for cases and cords and straps..and short scale D'Addario half round strings. Wah-HOOO!
