Health care for everybody that covers prescriptions, too. This one hits close to home for me. I have a condition that requires a prescription that costs a lot of money. My insurance covers most of it, but I often think what if I didn't have insurance?

If I don't get stuck on a waiting list for either of the two schools I'm applying to (oh yes, there is a nursing shortage and still underfunded programs with waiting lists), I'll be done in two years and it will make my life so much better than it is now on a multitude of levels. Plus, a few other selfish things I'd like to see happen this year that I want, but that's another story.

Of course I'd like Bush gone, universal health care, the end to the military industrial complex, job growth (of good jobs that is), and world peace. A girl can dream, can't she?

My wish is that enough evidence comes out about 9/11 that the suit against BushCo is upheld and the entire administration is forced to resign just before the November election. This of course, would ensure a sweeping Democratic victory.

My second wish is that the cockroaches in office would croak and get replaced by leaders with SPINE. (Kucinich clones would be acceptable.)
