Felt just fine when I went to bed last night, but sometime during the night, the Nasty Cold Fairy paid a visit, and when I woke up this morning, WHAM! There it was -- a lovely cold. I feel like crap. x(

My nose is always fucked up. It's just more fucked up when I'm sick. Oddly enough, one of my cats, the one who is the cat version of me, was actually born with a chronic sinus problem. She's hogging all the pillows next to me right now sniffling and snorting away.

might need to rest, use topical decongestants for 3 days, drink lots of water, take vitamin C

and blow it out your nose!

topical decongestants work better and don't get in your system and will clear your nose out better than ingested decongestants. But don't take them more than 3 days or you can get dependent on them

(Afrin no-drip is what my allergist recommends to me when I get a cold or infection)
