Is the Rose Parade always televised on both ABC & CBS? (I'm not a big parade watcher - I'm usually not up this early on New Year's day -hehe).

and I don't know about the networks, but as a native So. Californian I'll tell you this:
The Tournament of Roses Parade is on every single VHF/UHF broadcast channel in Southern California every year. The stations compete for the most viewers. Some advertise "no commercials!" Some show it all damn day, over and over again. It's a nightmare for people w/out dish/cable.

I don't ever recall seeing it on all the channels before. (I guess I can be glad that I don't live in So Cal today.)

had the entire parade, uncut and without commercials--broadcast live. I enjoyed it. I won't watch parades on the other channels, too many missed floats, etc because of commercials.
