Hey, we had lobster for New Years!
Our neighbors had us over for dinner. Nice, except I'm not a big fan of the tails. They were pretty chewy. Did they overcook them or what?

1. Probably. I prefer crab over lobster, so I haven't eaten much of the latter -
but chewiness sounds like overcooking.
