So I am going to bust my ass to get back in shape and then start training for the Richmond Marathon Nov.10th.

Oh and I am going to learn to play the guitar my wife got me two years ago.

1. stop smoking, I'm day two into that...

2. lose weight...I got strep throat, and sitting/typing wipes me out...

3. Read a bit more/spend a bit more time offline. I spend, entirely way to much time online. On average, I bet I'm online for more than 8hrs a day, and thats way, to long.
