3. Eat some Wasabi
I've had terrible head cold for 3 days. Last night had an eel roll with lots of wasabi - gave me some good relief for about 20 minutes.

And don't stop the zicam. Even tho I got my cold, feels like it's subsiding now, and I think the Zicam's helping.
