Nothing like checking the "outgoing calls" on your phone after a night of drinking. Even better is checking your voicemail the next day for messages from puzzled friends/ex's.
Ugh! Luckily, I haven't done that in a while.

I spent my late teens and early 20s in the Navy. I was stationed at Pearl Harbor from 1987-1990. And I had a horrible habit: I'd go out drinking and when I'd get back to the barracks I'd go to a phone and dial random long-distance phone numbers, let the phone ring a few times and then hang up. It would be midnight or 1:00 a.m. in Hawaii, and at least three hours ahead to the mainland. Very immature of me.
