Who has MLA home-listings access?
Edited on Tue Jan-02-07 04:16 PM by LynzM
Someone want to do me a favor and see what you can find about listing G440370? I want to know what's wrong with this house, besides needing a whole lotta TLC and a paint job... that amount of land is impossible for that price in this area! Heck, buy it just for the land, and build a new house...

4. yeah, that's the one....
I mean, you can see it's in rough shape, but I want to know what's *wrong* with it, structurally or what have you. That much land alone is worth more than that, around here, usually.

5. Only way to REALLY know is a home inspection.
If you are really curious set up an appointment and take a look first hand. Grill the realtor and ask specific questions. Termites, septic problems, foundation crumbling, leaking roof, mold problem- the list of potential problems is endless! Also, it may be 7 acres of land but what type of land is it?
Go take a look!

6. Yup, I think that's going to have to be what it is....
At this point, it's really more curiosity than actual willingness to buy, at this point. Still, we may go take a look. Could be 1/2 acre livable and 7 acres of swamp!
