I almost always pronounce it YOU ARE ELL, but I know this one guy that actually says "urile" like it's a word. Does anybody else on the entire freaking PLANET say this? It is so weird. Whenever he says this I think of "urine." :eyes:

And I always forget to have that conversation offline, and it's so trivial it's really not worth fighting about, but every time he does it in front of a client, it just makes me go :eyes:
