So I now have a Kitchenmaid mixer. What now?
I finally got one and well, I'm at a loss for what to use it for. I guess because I've lived without it so long. So help me out, what do you use yours for? No room on the counter, so mine will only get lugged out if there's a purpose.

1. Bake Bread
Make your own butter. Make cakes. I love mine to death. It's cobalt blue. What color is yours?

10. Mine is white.
My mom works in retail and got a really good deal, so I couldn't be too picky over color. I'm not much of a sweets person, but maybe I will become one.

Kidding! But I *have* been dying to get one of those for a very long time. I'll keep making due with my trusty little hand mixer. :hi:

I bake lots of pies and cookies over the holidays, and my wrists would dearly love a Kitchenaid. I think you should regift it...to me. :D

18. I use the meat grinder a lot...
A lot of times I can buy a nice lean bottom round roast for half the cost of lean ground beef. I just chop it into cubes and run it through the grinder. It's worth the little bit of effort.

Besides that, I use it for cakes, whipped potatoes, and bread dough. :hi:

19. cookie dough, cakes, breads
Gave one to Mrs wain 30 years ago. More than I could afford then. Still going strong. It's the best you can buy.

Kitchenaid originally made professional mixers, way before dishwashers and other appliances. The best restaurant kitchens have big, commercial Kitchenaid mixers,

Congratulations! You have wonderful machine.

:)
