...the drawback is that it puts a lot of psychological pressure on your beloved to say "Yes" when so many people are watching you. It can be very intimidating, indeed.

I'd recommend only proposing in the open like that if the two of you are really serious and have discussed marriage at some time in the recent past, like within a week or so.

Having said that, I wish the couple long life and happiness.

And some really hot sex, too. :evilgrin:
