1. It's supposed to be raining here

Every winter, Northern California (Sacramento area) is supposed to get a downpour of rain. Why none this year? I know why! It's those darn liberals and their silly "global warming" conspiracy, trying to trick us all! They stole the weather! Really though, it normally would start to be raining, and it has hardly rained since "winter began." I also don't think that there has been much snow in the mountains this year.
