Let me tell you, there is nothing 'low grade' about this. At all.
It's been running rampant in the hospitals locally, and lucky me caught it.
I won't gross you out any further.
I feel like death.

Bananas, rice, applesause, and tea, although I prefer toast and cheerios too. That will treat the symptoms. Not sure if it is contraindicated for Norwalk. Is this virus, by chance, named after the town in Connecticut where Lieberman lives? That would explain alot.

Ben-gay or some such on your stomach will help with the pain. Warm flat coke is supposed to help an upset stomach. Lately I have tried saltines, but often it seems that when I am worshipping the porcelain god that nothing seems to help except for me to be put through the wringer for several looooong hours.

Take it easy and get some rest. If you start hacking up bile, then consider trying some chewable antacids so the bile doesn't fuck up your stomach any more. Might help...but that's an educated guess on my part, so take it with a grain of salt.

18. I think I had that on new years eve and day

I honked for 10 minutes straight at a time, but mercifully only had to go thru that 2 times
then it came out the other end for 2 days

I think that is the sickest I have been in years and years....I hated to move, because my stomach would hurt so bad if I made the slightest movement.

the only things I could ingest were pepto bismol and ice chips. I didn't even want any food for 2 days, the sight of it grossed me out.
