United Airlines can - forgive me for saying so - EAT A DICK.

I've never been so jerked around in my life. I don't think I will EVER fly these yahoos again, and I recommend everyone else avoid them as well. Like the PLAGUE they are.

1. Can you give specifics?
What went wrong? Have you considered writing them a nasty letter? Sometimes they will give you frequent flier miles if you have legitimate complaints.
