4. BSU is one of a kind

They are not the mechanical robots of the South and East Coast. They will be creative and challenging. A friend of mine says someone named Gillman has set the West Coast on different plays and stratagy than the old teams.

The hook-and-lateral and the Statue of Liberty play are two of the oldest trick plays in the book. BSU's offense ranked 10th and its defense 14th-- not bad, but not the best, especially considering their strength of schedule. They've had their share of clock-cleanings in past seasons at the hands of those "robotic" southern and eastern teams (which are quite dynamic if you actually watch them).

Congrats on the win. I was cheering for BSU during that game, since they were the underdogs. We'll see if they're the second coming of FSU (another team that quickly rose from obscurity to national prominence).

5. Dang it was this on ESPN Classic? I looked for it with TiVo using "Fiesta Bowl" and "Boise" but

couldn't find the listing. I'm trying to record and watch this!

Any game won on an overtime Statue of Liberty 2 point conversion is one I want to see!

8. I saw it from the OU 2 point conversion to the end. Fantastic.

I became a big Boise State fan by the end of the game. I hope Ohio State loses, and Boise State is the lone unbeaten team. They can call themselves the national champs, BCS be damned.

I'd go along with it.
