My wife and I have seen some difficulties even in our (relatively) few years of marriage. I know there are more, and worse, difficultie on the horizon, we can count on it. But with each other, eventually, we can put anything behind us.

Yeah, that might not sound like much, but the first months after we got married included a 1000 mile move (preceeded by a 4000 mile back from Europe), my leaving school, both of us finding new jobs, having a child, and Briarius going back to school full-time. It was a wild and crazy adventure, and if we can do that... we can do anything. :)

We started dating in Jr. College, and were a bit too young then. And, the years went on ... and it was the late 70's/early-80's .. and I wanted to make my mother's head explode by moving in together. She didn't talk to me for years ... it was blissfully peaceful ... sorry, everyone has a relative in their family that is totally self-centered and greedy. She's ours (by the way, she still hasn't changed, but that's another story).
