Oh God, I feel so good right now!
I printed a 100MB graphic file, did a hard drive search for some documents, had another image in the background, played Unreal Tournament 2004 in full screen hi-res settings, and checked available RAM without one stinkin' hiccup!!

On my previous computer hardware, doing only ONE of those tasks would have killed everything.

Long live dual core processors! :9

5. Gets your motor going, huh?
"The SSC1B interface circuit board can control one 2-phase bipolar or 4-phase unipolar stepper motor in full step, half step, quarter step, or eighth step modes. Motors with coil currents up to a maximum of 1.25 amps can be used with the SSC1B interface."

10. Nice. My laptop would crap out if I tried that. How many GHz?
And what virus scan do you use? I've been looking for something that won't cause more problems than it prevents.

11. AMD Athlon64 X2 4200+...
Trend PC-Cillin antivirus suite (2006), will be upgrading to 2007 in a few months' time.

Trend's by far the best. IMHO, but I won't ever use Symantec ever again...

12. Ugh, fuck Symantec.
I tried using it on two different computers and it fucked up any internet connections on both. Connections flat-out stopped after ten minutes. Uninstalled it and the problem never came back. I've tried Trend Micro...it's not bad, but I don't really want to shell out money when my college is offering site-licensed McAfee for free.

Both Trend and McAfee have given me trouble, though.
