I tried it for about 3 months. The good thing was it didn't give me jitters like so many diet pills will do (which I haven't taken any diet pills probably for about 10-12 years). The bad thing was I'm now out about $50 for those two bottles and probably at most lost 3 pounds.

4. Hoodia is one of the few words

that I have on my Gmail filter. Any email containing that word gets nuked, and I never even see it. I can't imagine any friends or family ever emailing me about hoodia, so I think I'm safe.
