Mysterious Gas-Like Odor Covers Manhattan, N.Y.

NEW YORK -- A mysterious gas-like odor has covered parts of Manhattan and it's left people across a wide area wondering what they're smelling.

No cause had been identified yet. Rockefeller Center is among the places affected, in a stretch running about 23 blocks north and south, and six blocks east and west. There have also been unconfirmed reports of a similar smell across the river in New Jersey.
