Charity yarn and fiber sale

For all the spinners, crocheters, and knitters out there:

I'm having a stash sale on my blog with all the proceeds going to Second Harvest and Doctors Without Borders. I couldn't give during the DU drive, but I'm doing this now. Same with Yarn Harlot's MSF drive (which is still going on and has already met its goal).

I know the charity thing is over for DU, but it's yarn!

2. I'll check it out--although I've kinda made a promise to myself

to refrain from buying any yarn or fiber for the next several months--unfortunately, I went a little nutso last year with buying sock yarn and spinning fiber after I bought my new spinning wheel. I don't think I could ever finish the stuff I have right now, and I sure don't need any more (unless it's really pretty).

Another problem is that, before I made this decision, I reserved a spot in the Socks That Rock Sock Club for 2007. Now I can't decide whether or not I still want to participate--it's making me crazy!

That's the general on-line consensus, anyway. See, it's just a skein or two, so it's not really stash . . . Of course, I won't admit to how much sock yarn is in my stash. :)
