Well, they were actually little mini-meatloafs baked in a muffin pan. They were very tasty and I'd highly recommend. I coupled with baked sweet potato "fries". Delicious.
Although I will probably use bison next time. Much better flavor and texture than turkey.

And they can be frozen individually as well. Terrific dish for those watching or maintaining their weight.
The word "muffin" does sound wrong, but they taste oh so right.
