I'm amazed at the ways that creative people are presenting the absolute horror of Katrina and it's continuing effects on New Orleans. This episode is getting saved on my TiVo!

It brought back all the tears I cried that week, watching as NOBODY DID ANYTHING TO HELP THOSE PEOPLE (except the Coast Guard, who WAS there doing heroic work)

When I think of all those cows outside Denver, getting hay dropped within a day of the recent blizzards, it made me even angrier.

All of us try to tell folks, you just can't understand, it was a different realm of reality, our world was turned upside down in a matter of hours and what was up was down. I cried because Alan spoke of our frustrations and pain.
