4. Lovely! But, chance of snow on Thursday in California valley!

It's all the buzz. Around Sacramento, there is a chance of snow! It's going to be very cold. And since we're 30 miles east, I have a better chance of snow!

When I left the hospital the roads were already getting slick. I was slipping all over the place I am surprised I didn't get in an accident.

7. It's in Iraq, too.

First we had an unseasonably cool summer last year, never got up over 118 (usually it'll top 130, if not 140). Then we've had FROST at least a half dozen times over the past couple of weeks. Our stupid car has a sick battery, and the KBR goobers who have had to come jump it off in the morning (presumably at vast expense each time) don't have any spares.

But it was awfully pretty this afternoon, if still in the 50s. And the Haifa Street fighting seems to have died down, so you don't have the concussions to chase you inside.

hell, my grass is still green. Cold this morning though. About 27 degrees.
