ACK!! Financial Aid

This is insane. I put all the paperwork through in JULY for a reduction in parental income. Still no decision on Lelapin's financial aid. (her Pell grants should go up, way up)

I find out today (they never bothered to tell me) that after I send in my W-2s and 2006 tax return, they'll finalize the appeal. Shit. They don't believe all the letters I had to get from employers I no longer work for? They didn't believe the letter from the temp agency showing what I'd made to date?

Holy fucking shit, the financial aid system is a total JOKE.

I have had to pay nearly 20K MORE than I should have because of how they handle taxes from seperated parents...

I feel you :(
