The heck is it with that guy?
Edited on Wed Jan-10-07 04:55 PM by HypnoToad
Sends me an email or phone call asking how I am, that we haven't chatted or whatever forever and tells me about his life's updates. I respond accordingly. We always got along in the past and I admired his morals, sense of humor, yadda yadda yadda.

Months later, nothing.

Repeat the e-mail wondering why I hadn't responded. (I had.)

Every 2 weeks after xmas, I get a Xmas card. From him and his parter/hubby/whatever who hasn't even met me.

Humans. Let him concentrate on his personal life. I've finally gotten content with mine.

4. They're soft
and cuddly. Non-judgmental and loving. Always happy to see you.

Sorry, had a crappy day (thanks to humans). Going off to sulk in a corner now....with my cat.

3. I had a friend like that.
She'd call me up and we'd talk for hours, then we'd plan to have lunch together. I'd meet her for lunch, she's suddenly subdued and has lost her sense of humor. I tell her I'll give her a call. She says "I really have all the friends I can handle". WHAT? It turned out she did have some kind of psychological disorder, but she wouldn't discuss it with me, even though I confided in her. It's too bad; I know what it's like to have your life turned upside down because of a mental disorder; I could've been a confidante. Anyway, there are probably a million reasons your friend acts a little strange; most of them probably have nothing to do with you.
