Apple sued by Cisco over use of iPhone name
Cisco Systems sued Apple Inc. in federal court Wednesday, saying the computer maker’s new iPhone violates its trademark. What will they call it now, iTalk Thingie?

if he didn't have the rights to the name why use it, or maybe he felt he could force Cisco's hand.
